All sales are final, All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders, as each garment is made to order. These items cannot be returned. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us via email.

 

Exchanges 

Exchanges are accepted for in-stock items only. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed, and it must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for authorization. If you have any questions about your product, please email use contact us if you have any questions related to your product by emailing us.

• Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date 

• To request an exchange, email us at support@elevatebybsc.com for confirmation and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
