Processing
Once we receive your order please allow 2-5 businesses days from the time your order is placed for processing and confirmation before your order is shipped. (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays) Please note that all orders are subject to processing times that is separate from shipping times. Once processing is completed, you will receive a confirmation number to your email.
Shipping
We ship orders daily Monday - Friday not including weekends or National Holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order.
Please note: We are not responsible for any mishandled or lost packages. It is important for customers who live in apartment complexes to track their orders.
Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided to you via email once your order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped.
Return
All sales are final, All sales are final. At this time, we do not offer refunds for online orders or pre-orders, as each garment is made to order. These items cannot be returned. If you have any questions about your purchase, please contact us via email.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for in-stock items only. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and unwashed, and it must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and tags. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package for authorization. If you have any questions about your product, please email use contact us if you have any questions related to your product by emailing us.
- Exchange Time Frame: 14 days from delivery date
- To request an exchange, email us at support@elevatebybsc.com for confirmation and the correct return address. Please do not ship items back without confirmation from us.
Shipping cost
If you decide to exchange an item for any reason other than a mistake on our end, you will be responsible for any shipping means based on exchanging the item.
Damages + Errors
Please inspect your order once item is received. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your item is damaged, defective or if the incorrect items was sent.
PRE ORDERS
Pre-orders: Please note all custom made orders have a process time of 4-7 weeks not including weekends before getting shipped once production has started.
Delivery
Please note ElevateBYBSC is not responsible for the physical delivery of packages. In the event a package is lost, stolen or misplaced. It is recommended that you call your local delivery service for more information based on your package, we will do our best to help you receive your package.
